The first consultation
The initial visit is for listening and observation: how you use the property, what has bothered you,
what you hope to keep, and what a successful outcome would feel like. Site analysis supports that
conversation with a grounded read of conditions so later planning stays tied to reality.
Planning and visualization
Conceptual options give you room to compare directions. As plans and details firm up, renderings are
used when they help you see the work ahead — so choices are made with intent, not in a rush once
equipment is on site.
Construction stays aligned with intent
Installation follows the approved plan set. Coordination across related scopes — structure, planting,
utilities, water, and light — is part of how we keep the built landscape faithful to what was agreed
before shovels meet soil.
Supervision and materials
Management presence on the job is deliberate: work is supervised by Greg or a member of the
management team, not left to drift. Nursery stock and landscape materials are chosen for quality and
fit — the same standard of care we apply to workmanship itself.
Care after installation
When you want ongoing stewardship, maintenance and care programs extend the same disciplined approach
into the seasons after the build — optional, but available when the landscape should keep performing and
looking its best.
